Sizing

What size should I buy for my child?
Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about fit or sizing, our team is always happy to help before you purchase.

What sizes are available?
Most CBCB collections are offered in sizes 3M–7 for both boys and girls, with select styles also available in newborn sizing.

Preorders are generally available across our full size range; however, in-stock items may have limited size availability depending on inventory and demand. We always recommend shopping early for the best selection.

Ordering

Once I place my order, how do I pay?
Orders placed through our website proceed directly through checkout and can be paid for immediately using our available payment methods.

If a purchase is made through Facebook, Instagram, or invoiced directly through our team, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours or may be canceled.

If you have any questions during checkout, our team is always happy to help.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied to orders shipped within Florida. Orders shipped outside of Florida are not currently subject to sales tax.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Because CBCB pieces are specially designed and created with care, many of our items are custom-made or produced in limited quantities. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

What happens if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged, or defective?
If your order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right. Photos may be requested to help us assess the concern.

For approved claims, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached and original packaging included. Approved resolutions may be issued in the form of store credit.
