When will my item ship?
All in-stock items ship within 5–7 business days after payment is received.

Preorder items have estimated shipping timeframes listed directly on each product page. Please review item details carefully before purchasing.

What delivery methods do you use?
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once shipped, though carrier delays may occasionally occur.

Please note that in-stock items may take up to 5–7 business days to process and prepare for shipment.

Once your order has shipped and tracking has been provided, delivery timing becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If you experience delays or delivery issues, we recommend contacting your local USPS office first. When can I expect to receive my preorder?
Each preorder item includes an estimated "ships by" date on the product page. Please note these are estimated timelines and may occasionally shift due to production or customs delays.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, a tracking email will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we are happy to help.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! We ship through USPS and can deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that larger orders or oversized packages may have shipping limitations.

Do you offer international shipping?
